Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

Are you ever on Facebook and just innocently scrolling along and you see this amazing recipe, and think, I have to make this! It looks easy...right?! That is what happened when I saw this recipe from Tasty by Buzzfeed and thought why not? Well I followed the directions from the video and it came out pretty well. The only thing that was different was that my cakes weren't as big and slightly deflated, but still super yummy! I would probably use less egg whites than what they used. I also forgot to cut my parchment paper so that it didn't bunch up, but I think it added a little character. I drizzled Vermont maple syrup over mine and it was to die for! You can pretty much top this decadent, light, and spongy cake with anything...I would recommend fresh fruit! I ended up chopping it into small squares and snacking on what was left. So delicious! 8 egg yolks,13 egg whites, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of corn starch, 
4 oz cream cheese,7 tbs of butter
