June Review


A little bit of June review...
June seems to have been a really busy month! Our kitten Cupcake has gotten so big! she is now 9 weeks old and a very skilled ninja! You can see more pictures of her here. I will share more pictures as she gets bigger. My dog Petunia feels that she has to take care of her. She bathes her, plays with her and let's her sleep with her. It's so cute!!

In June I also shared my size with you and my personal battle BDD. You can see the post here. Rachelle over at The Nearsitghted Owl  began a link up for posts about your real size. I think it's a great link up on so many levels. Here's the link up...she's on #4!





We spent so much time outside and I have a pretty awesome tan now. Lots of bonfires at our house and pretty much cooking every meal on the grill. This summer has really started out to be very awesome. We have gone to Huntington Gorge a lot too. That post is here.

Another milestone that was celebrated was my wife & I's 1 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe it's been a year already and we are still so much in love. Life is so much easier when you have your best friend by your side during all your up's and down's.

This weekend we sent June out with a bang! Here's the grand finale from our towns fireworks show:



We still have 2 other fireworks shows to go to and I can't wait! Another bonus is that this is a short work week! It's weird though, because I have the middle of the week off.

Anyway, I will be taking the next few days off from posting, only because there's going to be a lot going on. I hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th of July!
